Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the RFxFlow platform. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

RFxFlow lets buyers run tenders and vendors prepare and submit responses. Features depend on the subscribed plan. AI features are assistive only — you remain responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents, scores, and submitted answers.

Accounts and access

Organisation admins control membership. You must keep credentials confidential, use the invited email for vendor invitations, and not share login details. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including spam via the email queue or attempts to access other organisations' tenders.

Deadlines and submissions

Submitted responses are locked. After a tender deadline, vendors cannot submit or edit answers. Buyers are responsible for setting correct deadlines and evaluating responses.

Fees

Paid plans are billed yearly through Stripe as shown at checkout. Seat limits apply as described on the pricing page. Invited vendors responding to a buyer tender are not charged for that access.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is for B2B use. We are not a party to procurement contracts between buyers and vendors. Liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, except where law does not allow a limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Courts of Copenhagen have exclusive jurisdiction.
